Mind your head!The main concept of my work has been based on the Freudian concept of the uncanny-an instance where something can be familiar, yet foreign at the same time, resulting in a feeling of it being uncomfortably strange. My work is materially based on reflective surfaces. I believe materially there is no greater way of including the audience within your work than literally placing their self-image within the works structure.
