Duplicity With use of materials and layering I have created a window into an alternative reality where the norm becomes fantastical. Telling stories conjured up directly from an imagination most of us left behind in childhood. It is a reality not far from our own making it slightly familiar and almost believable. Through the use of colours, or in some cases, lack of them, I strive to create an individual atmosphere that surrounds each work. Allowing the viewer to be engrossed in this strange new reality, evoking wonder and mystery while still maintaining a cretin eerie familiarity.
